Everything you need to know about concrete coatings and our services
General Questions
Concrete coating is a protective and decorative layer applied to
concrete surfaces. It protects against stains, moisture, chemicals,
and wear while dramatically improving appearance. Coatings extend
the life of your concrete, make it easier to clean, and add value to
your property. Whether residential or commercial, coated concrete
looks better and lasts longer than bare concrete.
For most residential projects like a 2−car garage, the entire
process typically takes 1−2 days. Poly blend coatings cure in 24
hours, while epoxy coatings require 3−7 days to fully cure. Larger
commercial or industrial projects may take several days to a week
depending on square footage and complexity. We'll provide an
accurate timeline during your consultation.
Costs vary based on square footage, coating type, surface condition,
and design complexity. Generally, residential garage floors range
from $3−8 per square foot for epoxy and $5−12 per square foot for
poly blend systems. Commercial projects often have different pricing
based on volume. We provide free, detailed quotes with no hidden

Poly blends (polyurea/polyaspartic) cure faster (24 hours vs 3−7
days), resist UV yellowing, and are more flexible. Epoxy is harder,
more chemical−resistant, and typically less expensive. Poly blends
work outdoors, while epoxy is best indoors. Both provide excellent
protection and beauty. Visit our
